Supply Chain Management students go global

‘The Global Student Challenge – The Fresh Connection’ is an online supply chain simulation game that is played by more than 10,000 students from 600 countries each year. The challenge allows students to apply key concepts of supply chain management by improving the ROI of a fictional company in financial crisis.

Supply Chain Management students Ahsan Ahmed, Nabeel Ahmed, Londono and Philip Abraham participated in this fantastic initiative that provided them with valuable knowledge and the skills to needed to cross into the corporate world.

The students moved through a number of qualification stages which culminated in them representing Curtin University at the Global Finals in The Netherlands. The team competed wonderfully and finished eighth from a total of 27 teams. Congratulations!

A special thank you to Amir Ansaripoor, Adil Hammadi, Torsten Reiners and Arthur White for helping the students achieve such a fantastic result for the School.
