Week 1: Digital Marketing and Content Creation
In this era of digital disruption, companies are increasingly focused on digital marketing, creating heightened demand for digital marketing specialists. In our Digital Marketing and Content Creation masterclass you will explore potential platforms and means for content dissemination and identify potential opportunities for maximising content.
Week 2: E-Commerce and social media marketing for the Chinese market
The digital landscape in China is growing fast and changing rapidly; but most importantly, operates in a significantly different manner from the rest of the world. Navigating Chinese e-commerce and social media marketing is a challenging task, but can be extremely rewarding if managed properly.
The masterclass is facilitated by Chinese digital marketing expert Dr Mingming Cheng, drawing on his insights from research, consultancy, real life industry and best practices.
Week 3: Digital user experience design: Designing for humans
User Experience (UX) is where research and design are applied to create interactions with products and platforms that users love. UX focuses on developing a deep understanding of users, what they need, what they value, their abilities, and also their limitations.
In this one-day masterclass, you’ll learn how to evaluate and apply UX design to optimise the customer experience.
Week 4: Digital user experience design: Prototyping and iterating
Are you designing your digital platform in the most efficient way possible?
An iterative design process gives you the freedom to rapidly develop and test prototypes, and to refine your design based on real user interaction before you’ve gone past the point of no return. In this one-day masterclass, you’ll learn how to optimise the customer experience through prototyping and iteration.
Week 5: Digital Storytelling and Reputation Management
The digital landscape is fast-paced and continually changing. It is a challenging and exciting environment in which to work, with unique opportunities for communicators to build and safeguard an organisation’s profile, brand and reputation.
This masterclass is facilitated by communication experts Bridget Tombleson and Dr Katharina Wolf and draws on insights from research, real life case studies and best practice examples. You will gain deeper insights through practical, hands-on sessions, drawing on recent case studies and best practice examples.
