CGSB Alumnus appointed as Director People and Culture

Congratulations to former CGSB Alumnus and Advisory Board member, Ian Jackson who has been appointed as Director People & Culture at Curtin University. Ian is an experienced senior executive who joins us from his current role as General Manager People, Change & Innovation at RAC.

Ian has enjoyed a strong connection with Curtin over the last decade having attained a Master’s in Business Leadership through CGSB and a Grad Cert in Sustainability Studies through CUSP. Since then he has also given back to Curtin through regularly guest lecturing on Organisational Change & Development in the MBA program and has spent the last few years on the Advisory Board of the Graduate School of Business.

Ian has achieved significant success leading both change and high performance across a broad range of functions, industries and sectors. Ian’s diverse experience includes leading operations, corporate services and human resources within mining, infrastructure, utilities, transport, logistics, retail, insurance and federal and state government environments, as well as non-executive directorships in both the tertiary education and community sectors.
