Accreditation and rankings
Curtin Business School and Curtin Law School courses are designed wherever possible to meet the standards of relevant professional bodies and international institutions.
CBS is recognised as an elite global business school through accreditation by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International.
AACSB accreditation is awarded to business schools that meet the strict standards of quality academic and professional excellence and is known, worldwide, as the longest standing, most recognised form of academic accreditation an institution and its business programs can earn.
The CGSB MBA is the only course in Western Australia and is one of only 7 Australian courses to hold EPAS accreditation from the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). EPAS accreditation means the MBA has been assessed as achieving the right balance between high academic quality and practical relevance for students in a global business environment.
For students, EPAS accreditation means the quality of your MBA will be recognised and valued wherever you choose to live and work.
CBS’s quality business education and research was again recognised in the Eduniversal Business School Rankings 2018, one of the world’s most recognised higher education business school rankings.
Since 2009, the school has maintained its ranking of four Palmes of Excellence, which denotes ‘significant international influence’ and places Curtin Business School among the top 10 business schools in Australia.
CBS ranks 6th place nationally, and is 2nd place amongst schools with four Palmes.
